Foundry began in an old iron works on the east side, where the smell of roasting coffee replaced the smoke of the forge. We kept the name — and the mindset. Great coffee, like good metalwork, takes heat, attention, and a steady hand.
We source directly from farms we know by name, roast in small batches, and rest every coffee before it reaches your cup. No shortcuts, no burnt bitterness — just honest, bright, balanced flavor you can taste.
